A Note On Exhaust

Muzzy is the only company currently making full exhaust systems for the Ninja 250.

Two Brothers Racing has recently started making slip-on cans for the Ninja 250. They can be found here. SuperTrapp/Kerker makes universal-fit cans, but you would have to figure out how to mount them, and they are priced about the same as a full Muzzy system. Your dealer may have a better idea of what's available than what you can find on the internet.

If you just need to replace your stock cans, you can usually find some decent used ones on eBay.

Muzzy Exhaust

Two Brothers Racing Exhaust

Two Brothers Racing recently got into the Ninja 250 exhaust game with a set of slip-on cannisters. TBR list price is $414 as of this writing. Their dyno chart shows a slight increase in HP and torque, and a noticeable smoothing of the curve. Their installation instructions suggest that installation of their cans is quite straightforward. As always, manufacturer claims of increased power should be taken with a grain of salt.

As of this writing, we have no reports of experience with this product. If you decide to purchase this system, please post your experience to the board for inclusion in the FAQ. The TBR system has received a reasonable amount of attention among users who are interested in an aftermarket exhaust system, as it is the only currently-produced slip-on available.
