Wheel sizes on the J series are 2.75" front and 3.50" rear

Touring Radial

Note: Most tire manufacturer websites that were checked did not have any radials recommended for the (smallish) rim sizes on the EX250J, especially on the rear. Avon was an exception, but their Azaro is a mileage/touring tire. If you're looking to change to radials for better performance, you'd most likely be better off with one of the performance bias tires.
